The Build Process

1. Consultation & Specification
You speak directly with the builder. We clarify intended use, performance expectations, colorways, interior finish level, and feature priorities. Every build begins with an understanding of how the vehicle will be lived with—not just admired.
2. Source & Strip to the Frame
We start with an authentic AM General Humvee. The vehicle is fully disassembled down to bare frame. Every component is inspected. Any component out of tolerance is replaced. No shortcuts. No “refresh” work. This is a complete rebirth.
3. Chassis & Powertrain Modernization
We rebuild the chassis and install an LS3 (5106 or 5108) or 545 HP L8P warrantied performance powertrain, six-speed automatic transmission, updated suspension, upgraded cooling system, hydraulic steering assist, and modernized drivetrain components—designed for reliability, torque, and real drivability in city and highway environments.
4. Interior Craftsmanship
The cabin is re-engineered for refinement. Premium leather surfaces. Sound and heat insulation. Modern electronics integration. Seating ergonomics designed for daily usability—not military utility.
5. Exterior Refinement & Finish
