  • Vehicle availability is limited.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Displayed pricing does not include taxes, registration, title, shipping, or other applicable fees unless explicitly stated in writing.

A vehicle is not reserved or sold until confirmed by a separate written agreement executed by both parties.

3. Custom Builds & Commissioned Vehicles

For commissioned or custom vehicles:

  • Specifications, timelines, and pricing are finalized only after written approval.
  • Deposits may be required to secure a build slot.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Estimated build timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to parts availability, labor, or external factors.

Any build agreement will be governed by its own written contract, which will supersede these Terms where applicable.

4. Sold Vehicles & “Sold Builds”

Vehicles labeled as “Sold” or displayed in “Sold Builds” sections are shown for reference and portfolio purposes onlyand are not available for purchase unless explicitly stated.

5. Condition of Vehicles

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Vehicles may be restored, modified, or custom-built.
  • Vehicles are sold “as is” and “as available.”
  • No warranties are implied beyond those expressly provided in a written sales agreement.

Buyers are encouraged to ask questions, request inspections, and conduct due diligence prior to purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery arrangements may be coordinated at the buyer’s request.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Risk of loss passes as outlined in the applicable purchase agreement.
  • M4 Motorcars is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, videos, and branding — is the property of M4 Motorcars or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
